Role Description We’re on the lookout for a seasoned digital marketer who’s ready to step into a leadership role — someone who’s not just looking for their next job, but is ready to take charge, build systems, lead with ownership, and work alongside the founder to scale something meaningful. This is not a client-execution role. This is a leadership position where you’ll co-own delivery, strategy, performance, and people. You’ll be trusted with real autonomy, expected to guide both strategy and execution, and take decisions like an internal stakeholder — not like a vendor. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated with digital marketing trends, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business goals. Qualifications 5–7 years of real experience across B2B, B2C, and D2C brands Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and SEO (on-page + off-page) Practical experience in Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy Ability to lead audits and present detailed, well-structured marketing performance reports Comfortable using Excel (for dashboards) and PowerPoint (for strategy decks) Excellent written and verbal communication for both internal team and client-facing work A natural bias for action, ownership, and clarity Skilled in email marketing and analyzing marketing performance metrics Strong understanding of market trends and ability to apply them to marketing initiatives Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead projects Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
