Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Video Shoot Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and shooting high-quality video content as well as editing raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, corporate, and promotional purposes. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Video Shooting: Plan, set up, and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for video shoots. Capture high-quality video content for interviews, property walkthroughs, promotional ads, and events. Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting during shoots. Coordinate with the creative/marketing team to execute video concepts. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging final videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, effects, and sound design to enhance video quality. Ensure brand consistency and maintain the company’s creative style across all content. Deliver videos in the required formats for social media, website, advertisements, and presentations. Additional Tasks: Manage and organize video files, footage, and project archives. Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and social media requirements. Suggest creative ideas for improving video content and storytelling. ⸻ Requirements: Proven experience as a Video Editor & Videographer. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong knowledge of video production techniques, lighting, and sound. Ability to handle camera equipment and shooting gear. Creative storytelling skills and a good eye for detail. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects. ⸻ Preferred Skills: Knowledge of color grading and sound design. Experience in photography (optional but preferred). Familiarity with social media video formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook Ads, etc.).
