About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning 2. Manage day-to-day publishing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels 3. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) in line with brand guidelines 4. Plan and run paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting 5. Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activity, and customer engagement opportunities 6. Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize campaigns 7. Collaborate with design, copywriting, and marketing teams to develop high-quality creatives and campaign assets 8. Respond to messages, comments, and reviews promptly to build positive brand engagement 9. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns 10.
