Writing market research reports Authoring industry opinion pieces and white papers Conduct exhaustive secondary research (through databases, annual reports, company websites, government and ministry websites, journals) and primary research, if required Analysis of market dynamics, industry variables, competitive intelligence, and other market information Providing quantitative analysis for a variety of research reports on oil, gas and chemicals shipping sectors Making forecasts for target markets Working on consulting projects and providing operational support to the advisory team Generating ideas for ad-doc event-driven research content Making internal presentations to share your learning within the organization. Mentoring and supervising junior analysts in the team. Data mining and research database management Data analysis and visualization using relevant software like Tableau. Note- Preference given to male candidate based in Chandigarh (Tricity region) Key Skills Set: Very high standards of written and spoken English, at least C1 level of proficiency. Meticulous and detail-oriented Interest in the field of economics, logistics and maritime industry A penchant for accuracy and consistency Proven track record of writing high-quality market research reports. High proficiency with MS Office Suite.
