Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets. Manage and grow business with distributors, wholesalers, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), and modern trade outlets. Ensure proper market coverage, visibility, and availability of frozen seafood products. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and cold chain compliance. Monitor distributor performance (sales, stocks, credit, collections) and provide guidance for improvement. Conduct sales promotions, sampling activities, and chef/retailer engagement programs.
