Role Description This is a full-time On site role for an Automation Field Service Engineer. The position is based in Chennai. The Automation Field Service Engineer will be responsible for field service tasks, troubleshooting, providing technical support, commissioning and conducting preventive maintenance. The role also includes delivering high-quality customer service. Qualifications Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Strong Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field Experience in electrical automation and ICT solutions is a plus Basic knowledge of industrial protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Profinet etc. Basic knowledge in PLC, HMI & SCADA programming.
