Collaborate with gastroenterologists, oncologists, anesthetists, and critical care teams. Ensure comprehensive documentation of cases including operative notes and discharge summaries. Participate in surgical audits, infection control practices, and quality initiatives. Educate and guide junior doctors, residents, or fellows (if applicable). Stay updated with the latest advancements in GI surgical techniques and protocols. Key Skills: Expertise in laparoscopic and open GI surgeries. Sound clinical decision-making and diagnostic acumen. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setup. Competence in handling surgical emergencies and complex cases.
