Role & responsibilities Conduct layout inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications.Perform dock audits to ensure product quality before shipment.Carry out process and product audits to identify deviations and ensure adherence to quality requirements. Participate in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to ensure quality considerations are embedded in new product development.Utilize SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods to monitor process stability and capability.Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis) to validate measurement system accuracy and precision.Perform weld penetration testing to assess weld integrity and adherence to specifications. Oversee lab activities, including material testing and failure analysis.Ensure the proper calibration of measuring instruments and equipment.Operate and analyze data using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to verify part dimensions.Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality standards.Proficiency in SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP methodologies.Experience with CMM operation and calibration procedures.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
