• Follow pronunciation, pacing, and style guidelines provided by the creative team

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Native or fluent Marathi speaker
• Clear diction and professional voice modulation
• Access to a basic home recording setup or studio-quality recording capability
• Prior experience in voice-over work (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to take creative direction and deliver revisions if required

Preferred Experience:

• Voice work for government films, documentaries, radio, or digital campaigns
• Experience with long-format narration and policy-based content
