You are a skilled and motivated IT Technician who will play a crucial role in our team. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network systems. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations within our organization. Your key responsibilities will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals. You will provide technical support to end-users, promptly resolving IT-related issues. Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure system security and optimal performance will also be part of your role. You will troubleshoot system failures, connectivity issues, and application errors, as well as perform regular updates, backups, and data recovery processes. Additionally, setting up user accounts, managing access controls, and implementing data protection measures will be within your purview. You will assist in the deployment of new IT solutions and technologies and maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and technical procedures. Compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and company standards will be critical, as well as collaborating with other IT professionals and departments to support business operations.
