As a Travel Consultant at our company, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients located in Thrissur. Your role will involve consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and ensuring a smooth execution of all travel plans. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that may arise during travel. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with clients to determine their travel requirements - Book flights, hotels, and transportation based on client preferences - Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process - Ensure all travel arrangements are executed smoothly - Handle any changes or issues that occur during travel Qualifications Required: - Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements - Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of travel industry software and tools is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is beneficial,
