About the Role: We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer with a strong background in building and scaling mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing high-quality mobile solutions, preferably in HRMS, SaaS, or related enterprise domains . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications while collaborating with product, design, and backend teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services into mobile applications. Debug and resolve performance, usability, and reliability issues. Ensure code quality with proper testing (unit, integration, automated). Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable app development. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mobile app development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience as a Mobile App Developer, with at least 3+ years in React Native . Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript , and modern frontend frameworks. Experience integrating apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries . Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API). Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, performance tuning, and debugging . Experience in publishing apps on App Store and Google Play . Knowledge of mobile security practices . Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile development. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Domain knowledge/experience in HRMS / SaaS / ERP / Fintech / EdTech . Familiarity with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) . Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a product-based environment.
