Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and GST/TDS filings. Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.). Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control measures. Front Office Management: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.). Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist in office administration. vendor coordination, and office supply management. documentation, employee onboarding, and attendance tracking. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting and front office management. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A customer-friendly approach with a professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an Indian corporate environment with exposure to taxation and payroll. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior experience in administrative support or office coordination.
