Job Title: Ice Cream Maker

Location: Changanacherry, Kerala

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Manufacturing Team member for Ice creams to prepare high-quality ice creams and gelato following standard recipes and hygiene norms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ice cream production and a strong understanding of ingredients, machinery, and food safety. Freshers also may apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ice cream/gelato bases, mixes, and flavours as per standard recipes
• Operate ice cream machines, batch freezers, and storage equipment
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and quality of products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per FSSAI standards
• Manage raw material usage and minimize wastage
• Monitor freezing, storage temperatures, and product shelf life
• Assist in developing new flavours when required
• Coordinate with the store/production team for daily production planning

Requirements:

• Experience in ice cream or gelato making preferred (freshers with training can apply)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to handle machines and follow SOPs
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Attention to detail and consistency in work

Qualification:

• Diploma / Certificate in Bakery, Pastry/ Dairy or Food Production preferred
• On-the-job training can be provided

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
