Job Description

Role Overview: You are a seasoned Network Engineer with more than a decade of experience in managing and supporting enterprise-grade network and security infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the high availability, performance, and security of customer networks, focusing on firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches, and wireless access points. You should be proactive, capable of working independently, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in network operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support customer network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points. - Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls. - Administer and optimize F5 and NetScaler load balancers for high availability and performance. - Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches in core and edge environments. - Deploy and manage Cisco SD-WAN solutions and Cisco Meraki Wireless Access Points (WAPs). - Participate in network design, implementation, and documentation activities. - Ensure compliance with quality control standards and inspection protocols. - Provide L3 support for escalated network issues and coordinate with OEMs and vendors as required. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of network services. - Maintain detailed records of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions. - Design and deploy networking solutions across DC. Must-Have Skills: - Strong understanding of network terminology and protocols. - Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls, F5 and NetScaler load balancers, Cisco routers and switches, Cisco SD-WAN, and Cisco Meraki Wireless Access Points (WAPs). - Proven experience in managing production and core network infrastructure. - Familiarity with quality control and inspection methodologies. Good-to-Have Skills: - Exposure to process optimization techniques in network operations. - Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus. Candidate Profile: You should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, including working in shifts.,
