Job Opportunity in US Audit Department: Location: Ahmedabad, Baroda, Indore, Udaipur, Jamnagar, Surat Mandatory required 2-4 year of US/Indian Statutory Audit Experience JD For US Audit Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations related to US GAAP • Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous year/audit reports, data etc. • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results like Fixed Assets, Current Assets, Notes Payable, Accounts Payables reports etc. and document the whole process. • Prepare and verify various reports and registers provided by Client as per the specified regulations. • Identifying loopholes, huge variances, critical issues as compared to previous year and can perform substantial and analytical procedures while testing the books and can communicate the findings. • Maintain open communication with management and audit department • Also have an experience in the field of Employee Benefit Plan Audits. • Acquires and maintains knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to job duties and service providers. • Acquires and maintains knowledge, understanding, and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum. • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions • Expertise knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and CCH Software. • Can communicate well in English, should be expert in mail drafting and can explain his/her analytics in clear language. • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards. • Demonstrable experience in Auditing of 2+ years, together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
