Role & responsibilities Mandatory : 1.Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications 2.Suggest and implement improvements on current products 3.Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify defects and ensure product stability 4.Work closely and guide team members to help debug and resolve issues 5.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneousl 6.Good communication skills to interact regularly with customer 7.Quick learner and good analytical and decision making skills. 8.Provide valuable feedback to the development team to improve the design and functionality of the product. 9. Document and report bugs, and work with developers to resolve them 10.Complete SDLC experience in Agile methodology 11.Ensure that testing activities are completed on time and meet the quality standards Good to have:- • CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools • Exposure to Service requirements & Healthcare regulatory standards • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Solid understanding of agile development model • Ability to work independently with limited or no hand holding
