About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Manual QA Testers with proven expertise in Embedded Systems, IoT, and Hardware/Device testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of embedded/IoT-based products, cloud-enabled applications, and integrations with web and mobile platforms. This is a client-facing role requiring strong domain knowledge and immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for IoT/embedded systems, mobile applications, and web applications.
• Validate APIs and perform end-to-end integration testing of IoT devices with cloud platforms.
• Conduct firmware/hardware validation and troubleshoot device-level issues.
• Perform protocol validation (HTTP/HTTPS, MQTT, etc.) for IoT communications.
• Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and maintain detailed tracking/reporting in Jira.
• Work on AWS cloud-based environments for product validation and functional testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and hardware teams to identify and resolve defects quickly.
• Provide test reports, defect logs, and release sign-off with thorough documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Agile, Jira, AWS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in Mobile & Web Application Testing.
• Proficiency in API validation and protocol testing (HTTP/HTTPS).
• Experience with IoT/Embedded Systems Testing.
• Firmware/Hardware validation exposure.

Good-to-Have Skills

• ISTQB Certification.
• Knowledge of MQTT Protocol.
• Prior device testing experience.

Preferred

• AWS Certified QA/Tester.
• Prior QA experience in Embedded Systems, IoT Products, or Hardware domains.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
