Role Description This is an hybrid internship role for a Food Technologist Intern located in Begusarai. The Food Technologist Intern will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, assisting with food technology projects, performing laboratory tests, ensuring quality control, and supporting research and development (R&D) efforts. The intern will work closely with the team to develop and improve products that meet Mantraaq’s high standards for health and taste. Qualifications Sensory Evaluation and Food Technology skills Laboratory Skills and Quality Control experience Ability to support Research and Development (R&D) projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Interest in the health food industry and innovative product development Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field Preference will be given to local candidates from Bihar.
