Key responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to raise funds from diverse sources, including banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, corporates, and capital markets. Build and manage relationships with treasury heads, institutional lenders, and investors to ensure steady inflow of short-term and long-term funds. Structure and negotiate debt instruments such as term loans, NCDs, CPs, and securitization deals to optimize cost of capital. Ensure timely servicing of debt obligations and maintain a healthy asset-liability mix. Monitor market conditions, interest rate trends, and regulatory developments to inform funding decisions. Coordinate with internal teams (treasury, compliance, legal, and finance) for seamless execution of resource mobilization activities. Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and reports for stakeholders and rating agencies. Education and other requirements: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 7–10 years of relevant experience in resource mobilization, treasury, or corporate finance within an NBFC or financial institution.
