Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok etc.) Create engaging, high-quality content including captions, graphics, videos, and reels Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities Track, analyse, and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc. Stay updated on trends, tools, applications, and best practices in social media Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding Assist in running paid social media ads and boosting posts when required. Requirements: Any graduate degree Proven experience in managing business social media pages Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity, attention to detail, and time management Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Basic graphic design or video editing skills Experience in influencer collaboration and campaign execution Knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing basics
