Roles and Responsibilities Lead mechanical design activities for new product development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements. Conduct design calculations, simulations, and analysis using various software tools (e.g., SolidWorks) to optimize product performance. Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufactured parts. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field with expertise in mechanical design. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical from a recognized university. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Design Calculations, Mechanical Design, and Mechanical Engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities: Electrical System Studies : Perform and manage ETAP simulations for electrical system studies, ensuring optimal system design and performance. Equipment & Cable Sizing : Handle the sizing of electrical equipment and cables based on project requirements and standards. Load List & Layout Engineering : Prepare detailed load lists and oversee the layout engineering of electrical systems. Vendor Document Review : Review technical documents from vendors for equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Team Leadership : Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical support to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Specification Preparation : Prepare and review technical specifications for LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension) switchgear, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience : 10-15 years in electrical design, with significant experience in managing teams. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of ETAP software, electrical system studies, and power distribution systems. Leadership : Proven experience in managing and leading design teams effectively.
