*Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Feasibility Submission: Review and submit feasibility studies for new projects. 2. CSR Agreement: Review and finalize CSR agreements with customers. 3. Drawing Follow-up: Coordinate and follow up on drawing and design activities. 4. Test Fixture and Gauge Listing and Design Request: Identify and request design and development of test fixtures and gauges. 5. Tech Presentation/Proposal Submission: Prepare and submit technical presentations and proposals to customers. 6. SOR Agreement with Customer: Review and finalize SOR agreements with customers. 7. Project APQP Time Plan: Develop and manage APQP time plans for projects. 8. Team Feasibility and Resource Planning: Assess team feasibility and resource requirements for projects. 9. Coordinate and follow up on project kickoff, tool kickoff, and other project activities. 10. Procurement Request for BOP, Test Fixture, and Gauges. 11. APQP Review and Escalation: Review APQP progress and escalate issues as needed. 12. Improve Communication Skills/Upgrade for Project Role: Continuously improve communication skills and upgrade knowledge for project roles. *Requirements:* - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - 1-4 years of experience in application engineering or related field - Strong communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Preferred Skills:* - Experience with APQP and PPAP - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
