While sectors like insurance, travel, and logistics have been transformed by platforms and algorithms, real estate brokerage is still fragmented, opaque, and inefficient. The Role: What You'll Do This isn't your typical internship. You won't be fixing bugs or running errands. You will be a core part of a small, agile team, working directly with the Founders to build the AI engine that will power our entire platform. Innovate with LLMs: Experiment with prompt engineering, chaining, voice AI (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or conversational pipelines) and tool integration to improve agent intelligence Own Your Work: Take complete ownership of your projects: from architecting solutions and prompt engineering to deploying and iterating on your models in a production environment Shape the Product: Collaborate directly with the Founders to influence product strategy and see your work make an immediate impact on our early customers Build and Deploy: You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI agents that form the backbone of our product Who We're Looking For We're seeking an ambitious and resourceful individual who is obsessed with building and wants to be at the forefront of the AI revolution. Builder at Heart: You have hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models. You’ve worked with frameworks like Langchain, LlamaIndex, have a strong command on Python and can write production-quality code Problem Solver: You are not intimidated by ambiguity.
