Mannvahan

We are looking for energetic Field Agents who will onboard new bike and auto drivers, train them to use the Mannvahan Driver App, and support them in daily operations. Responsibilities: Visit drivers in Dhule city to explain Mannvahan and onboard them. Collect and verify required documents (DL, RC, Aadhaar, etc.). Help drivers install & use the app, train them on rides & customer handling. Maintain good relationship with drivers, motivate them to stay active. Ensure branding (stickers, uniforms, etc.) on vehicles. Report daily onboarding and driver activity to Operations Manager. Requirements: 12th pass or graduate. Must know Dhule city well. Local language fluency (Marathi/Hindi); basic English a plus. Smartphone knowledge (app installation, basic troubleshooting). Previous experience in delivery/logistics/ride-hailing companies (Ola, Rapido, Zomato, Swiggy, Porter) preferred. Own 2-wheeler is a plus.
