Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Saviynt Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform and a solid background in IAM concepts. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions that align with our security and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement IGA solutions using the Saviynt platform. Customize workflows, rules, tasks, and connectors within Saviynt. Develop and maintain Saviynt configurations such as entitlement catalogs, role models, access requests, and certifications. Integrate Saviynt with various systems like Active Directory, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. Develop Saviynt custom connectors using Java, REST APIs, etc. Handle Saviynt platform upgrades and patches. Support onboarding and provisioning of applications. Collaborate with internal teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs. Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IAM infrastructure and integrations. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform. Solid understanding of IAM concepts: user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, SOD policies, and access certifications. Experience in integrating Saviynt with systems like Active Directory, SAP, Workday, Azure, and ServiceNow. Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, Java/Groovy scripting. Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Good understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and SOD concepts. Ability to create custom workflows and Saviynt rules/policies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Saviynt Certification (if available). Experience with other IAM tools Preferred candidate profile

Role & responsibilities: 1. Legal Counsel : Provide accurate and timely legal counsel to companies and engage effectively with empaneled attorneys. 2. Document Drafting : Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents to safeguard the companys legal rights. 3. Litigation Management : Handle legal cases initiated by and against the company, emphasizing a strong background in Indirect Taxation( GST, Service Tax, Excise), Labour cases, commercial disputes. 4. Communication and Clarification: Provide clear explanations of legal language or specifications to all members of the organization. 5. Integrity and Responsibility : Conduct all legal work with the highest standards of integrity and responsibility. 6. Legal Updates : Stay abreast of any amendments in relevant legislation and case laws to ensure ongoing compliance. 7. Legal Invoicing: Handle invoicing of legal associates and law firms. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment of more than 8 years Excellent knowledge and understanding of indirect taxation, Commercial laws. Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies. High degree of professional ethics and integrity Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information. Outstanding communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of tertiary language will be beneficial. LL.B. degree from a reputed college/ university or similar any similar qualification LL.M. or masters degree in relevant field will be considered an advantage.
