Job Title: Sales Exhibitor Outreach Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our Exhibitor Outreach team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential exhibitors across the travel and tourism value chain, presenting event opportunities, and converting leads into confirmed booth bookings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective exhibitors (travel agencies, tour operators, hospitality groups, tech platforms, tourism boards, etc.). Present event details and explain exhibitor benefits and booth options. Generate interest and schedule follow-ups or meetings with the sales team. Maintain a detailed database of leads, calls made, responses received, and follow-up action points. Share brochures, proposals, and registration forms with interested prospects via email or WhatsApp. Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for closing conversions. Handle basic queries about the event, pricing, booth packages, and facilities. Update CRM or Excel trackers daily with call status and remarks. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer outreach, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or travel industry. Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Marketing, or Travel & Tourism preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
