Role & responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and implement national retail sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends. Set annual sales targets and break them down into regional and state-level goals. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of regional/state sales managers. Build a performance-driven culture with strong focus on KPIs and goal achievement. Monitor and improve processes related to order fulfillment, billing, and retail partner satisfaction. Analysis & Reporting Track sales performance through detailed dashboards and analytics.
