Conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends. Set annual sales targets and break them down into regional and state-level goals. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of regional/state sales managers. Build a performance-driven culture with strong focus on KPIs and goal achievement. Monitor and improve processes related to order fulfillment, billing, and retail partner satisfaction. Analysis & Reporting Track sales performance through detailed dashboards and analytics.
