Location:- Asansol Industry- Manufactring/Plastics and Packaging Employment Time-Full-Time About The Role: As a production Coordinator,you”ll bridge the gap between planning and execution, ensuring smooth day-to- day operations on the production floor,tracking schedules,managing inventory and supporting quality control processes. Key Responsibilities: Production Coordinator: • Liaise with plant management and floor supervisors daily to monitor production schedules, capacities, and workflow. • Track production progress and ensure that targets are met in a timely manner. • Communicate any changes in order priorities or delivery timelines to the production team. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order placement, status updates, and delivery timelines. • Follow up on pending orders, confirm dispatch details, and ensure on-time deliveries. • Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure proper documentation and delivery schedules. • Coordinate with clients to follow up on outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner. • Maintain records of payment terms, due dates, and transaction history. • Work with the accounts team to reconcile payments and update client balances. • Coordinate with quality control and production teams to resolve complaints promptly. Qualifications:- . Bachelors Degree in the related field . 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment .Strong Organizational and Communication Skills. . Proficient in MS Office. Salary:- As per the industry norms.
