We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Lead Conversion Executive to handle incoming leads from IndiaMART and Justdial. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting them into successful business opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups. Responsibilities: Handle daily leads received from IndiaMART and Justdial. Contact prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Understand client requirements and explain product/service details clearly. Maintain a proper record of follow-ups and conversions. Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets. Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred). Prior experience in lead handling, telecalling, or sales (especially from IndiaMART/Justdial) is a plus. Strong convincing and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
