The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing interior design projects from initial concept through to successful completion. You will leverage your strong understanding of design principles, materials, and project management to create breathtaking and practical spaces. This role demands a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring superior design execution and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough client consultations, interpreting their needs, budget, and vision to develop comprehensive design briefs. Develop innovative and cohesive interior design concepts, including detailed space planning, furniture layouts, lighting schemes, material palettes, and color selections. Prepare precise working drawings, elevations, and technical specifications using AutoCAD. Create compelling 3D renderings and presentations using software like SketchUp + V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize design concepts for clients. Source and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and finishes from a diverse range of suppliers. Manage project execution on-site, coordinating seamlessly with contractors and vendors, ensuring design integrity and quality standards are met. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, troubleshooting any design or construction challenges that arise. Maintain organized project documentation and foster strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successfully completed residential and/or commercial projects. Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD , 3D rendering software ( SketchUp with V-Ray /Enscape/Lumion preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). In-depth knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, lighting design, material properties, and construction practices in Maharashtra. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
