Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Relationship Manager at Mandovi Motors Private Limited. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining client loyalty in alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves overseeing sales processes, monitoring client feedback, providing solutions to meet client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall service delivery. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management and communication skills. Experience in developing and executing customer engagement and retention strategies. Proven proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and managing complex client requirements. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams effectively. Familiarity with the automotive industry and related sales processes is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications. Strong organizational and time management skills for prioritizing a diverse workload.
