Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager Reports To: Restaurant Manager / General Manager Department: Food & Beverage / Operations Location: KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Job Summary: The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure an exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising staff, assisting with inventory and budgeting, ensuring health and safety compliance, and stepping in for the Restaurant Manager when needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing all front-of-house (and, where applicable, back-of-house) restaurant operations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality control. Supervise and support staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed. Assist in managing budgets, cost control, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Help implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment. Stand in for the Restaurant Manager during absences or shifts off. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic financials. Customer-service oriented with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Safety Certification (preferred or required depending on region).
