Key Responsibilities: Monitor site activities to ensure safety standards are strictly followed during cold room construction and interior works. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and job hazard analysis. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, industry standards, and company HSE policies. Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks for new and existing workers. Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Maintain documentation such as safety checklists, permits, site inspection reports, and equipment certifications. Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear by workers. Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to enforce safe work practices. Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of refrigerants, insulation materials, chemicals, and electrical items. Monitor confined space activities, hot works, and work at height, especially during cold room panel installation. Promote a proactive safety culture by conducting awareness programs and trainings.
Develop 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and renderings for interior design concepts using software. Work on concept development, space planning, color schemes, materials, furniture layouts, and lighting concepts. Collaborate with the civil and MEP teams to ensure design compatibility with site execution and project specifications. Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and sample boards for client approvals. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material selection and finishes. Revise designs as per client feedback and project requirements. Ensure all 3D visuals and drawings are in alignment with project timelines and standards. Assist in site visits to ensure design implementation matches the approved 3D visuals. Stay updated with current trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and 3D visualization.
