Key Responsibilities: - Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee carding geotextile machine operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Team Management: Direct and coordinate the work of machine operators and other team members. - Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement. - Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. - Training and Development: Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project costs.
