Additionally, dispatchers are responsible for preparing daily work schedules and dispatching personnel to appropriate calls, which may involve police officers, ambulances, fire services, public works, utilities departments, and electric companies. In certain industries, such as electric utilities, construction, telecommunications, and transportation, dispatchers may also be tasked with managing personnel. This includes overseeing the coordination and deployment of field service crews to ensure efficient operations. This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as Provident Fund.
