Job Description

As a Lead AI Project Manager at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in delivering Agentic AI projects on Microsoft platforms. You will have the opportunity to lead projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring successful scaling and implementation of Microsoft-native AI components. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects, managing sprints, backlogs, and iterative delivery cycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Coordinating the implementation of Microsoft-native AI components such as Azure AI Foundry, Power Automate, and Copilot integrations. - Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and Microsoft partners to ensure smooth project execution. - Promoting the reuse of accelerators, templates, and frameworks across AI projects to drive efficiency and consistency. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's / Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. - 10 to 12 years of proven experience in managing AI/ML or GenAI projects, preferably within Microsoft environments. - Strong understanding of the Microsoft AI stack, including Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and Semantic Kernel. - Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen would be advantageous. - Experience in deploying activities with Gen AI stack/services provided by platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure. - Project management experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI Projects.
