Job Description:

Associate/Senior Associate in the IP litigation and dispute resolution team.
Work as part of a team on interesting cases across different offices.
Carrying out legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.
Travel across India as and when required.

Ideal Candidate:

LLB (3 year or 5 year) with 3+ years of experience in IP litigation team of a law firm.
Handled trademark infringement, passing off and copyright infringement cases.
Experience in legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.
Above average academic credentials.
Fluent in English.
Team worker, highly motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
