Job Description

Assist Dy. General Manager- Flight Ops Training and Chief/ Dy. Chief Pilot -

Training for Training, Licensing, eLogbook, Electronic Recordkeeping,

License renewals, Regulatory coordinations etc.

Key

responsibilities

  • To assist Chief/ Dy. Chief Pilot-Training for ensuring that flight operations

Training meets the Standards and requirements specified by operations

manual, DGCA, IOSA and Manufacturer.

  • Responsible for Monthly release of STOL data in coordination with Line Ops.

and Crew Scheduling team.

  • Responsible for Project Planning and execution of Projects.

  • Notify the Director / Dy. Chief Pilot Training of any discrepancy or incident

that may affect the ability of airline to perform within the parameters of training

requirements and compliance thereof.

  • To co-ordinate and follow-up with other sections of Flight Ops (Line Ops.,

IOCC, Flight Dispatch and Rostering) and Flight Safety for effective closure

of various compliance and regulatory affairs related projects for Training.

  • Assist Director / Dy. Chief Pilot - Training in preparing Training Forms, Policy,

Procedures, and other documents for Training.

  • Responsible for Conducting of periodic internal Quality Control reviews or

audits for flight operations training, to ensure that compliance procedures are

followed.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Director - Training, Chief/ Dy.

Should be a Graduate.

  • Should have 10 years of experience in Airline Industry, Preferably with Flight

Safety / Flight Operations. Experience as an Internal Auditor and Project

Management would be an added advantage.

  • Should have extensive Regulatory knowledge pertaining to Flight

Operations, Safety and Training.

  • Should be experienced in designing and implementing policies, procedures

and manuals as per business needs and in line with adopted regulations and

approved quality standards.

  • Should be trained in Safety Management System, Safety Risk Assessment,

Documentation Management and Control System and Compliance

Management System.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in airline documentation and records

control systems.

  • Should have proven skills in analyzing data, identifying pitfalls and

recommending corrective measures.
