As a Manager in the Supply Chain Execution vertical at PwC, you will be responsible for developing logistics strategies, identifying cost-reduction opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing operational performance across transportation and warehouse functions. Your expertise in leading assessment and implementation engagements in the logistics space will be crucial, including Logistics Strategy Assessments, Warehouse Process Optimizations, Systems Blueprinting and Implementation (TMS, WMS), and other relevant solutions. Your role will involve leading a team of consultants to translate business requirements into strategic, operational, and technical solutions that deliver measurable improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop insights on key global trends impacting clients and provide strategic guidance - Analyze clients" existing distribution and fulfillment networks to identify optimization opportunities using data and industry best practices - Assist clients in identifying potential automation technology solutions that can enable supply chain excellence - Create logistics and warehousing strategies focusing on assessments, improvements, and cost-reduction opportunities - Collaborate with client key stakeholders to gain input and buy-in for strategy development and execution - Lead the team through the implementation and hyper care process for TMS/WMS engagement, providing coaching and mentoring to junior consultants - Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal and client teams - Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards across engagement delivery - Lead discussions with clients to showcase relevant experience and approach for the engagement across industries - Work with the client team to develop business cases justifying the proposed design to client executive steering committees - Manage project delivery, including scope definition, timeline management, risks/issues tracking, and stakeholder communication - Mentor, guide, and train a team of supply chain execution consultants - Encourage personal development of team members by recognizing their strengths and empowering them to take ownership - Some travel may be required based on client requirements Qualifications: - Education: MBA/MTech or a Master's degree in a related field Required Skills: - Experience in supply chain execution domain, specifically in transportation and warehousing - Functional and technical expertise in TMS/WMS solutions or Supply Chain Network Design tools (Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Riverlogic, AIMMS, Optilogic, etc.) - Proficiency in Microsoft tools like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and PowerBI Additional Skills: - Experience with other supply chain execution solutions - Database skills: SQL, Python Certifications: - Certifications in TMS, WMS solutions, or relevant areas are a plus Travel Requirements: - Yes (20-25% of time, depending on visa status),
