As a Manager in Cloud & Digital Strategy at PwC, you will support the Practice Lead in managing relationships with Managing Directors and Partners for the Acceleration Centers" growth, strategic agenda, project delivery, staff engagement, and capacity planning. Your responsibilities will include fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating closely with business leaders and the executive leadership team to drive success. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pega Architect Manager to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Pega platform, exceptional leadership skills, and a successful track record in project delivery. In this role, you will oversee the architecture and design of Pega applications, manage a team of developers, and work with stakeholders to ensure project success. As part of PwC's Technology Operations (IT4IT) practice, the Service Management and Operations capability helps clients transform their businesses through innovative technology solutions and effective Service Management Operations. Your focus will involve areas such as Architecture & Automation, Operations & Technology Resilience, Systems Modernization & Technical Delivery, and Service Management & Operations. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Pega developers and architects, defining and enforcing best practices for Pega application development, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing technical guidance and mentorship, architecting complex Pega applications for scalability and reliability, evaluating new Pega features, working closely with project managers to define project scope, and driving innovation and process improvement initiatives. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification, at least 5 years of experience in Pega application development with 2 years in a managerial role, proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, excellent leadership and communication skills, experience in Agile development methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This position requires the willingness to work from Hyderabad/Bengaluru (Bangalore) locations and in the second shift (2pm - 11pm).,
