Manager-Technology - NodeJS

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js to support the Adani One Super App and other digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and user-friendly digital solutions. - Developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate efficient communication between different components of the digital ecosystem. - Optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability to handle high traffic from millions of users. - Implementing robust security measures to safeguard sensitive user data and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience. - Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and related technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Contributing to the technical strategy and roadmap of Adani Digital Labs to align with the company's digital transformation goals. - Mentoring junior developers and promoting a culture of collaboration and technical excellence within the team. For this role, you are required to have: - Proven experience (4-10 years) in developing server-side applications using Node.js. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. - A strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture. In terms of qualifications, you should have: Educational Background: - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - A Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
