Responsible for managing subcontractors and subcontract agreements, including selection, coordination, performance monitoring, compliance, and cost control to ensure project requirements are met.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
Solid understanding of contractual, commercial, and legal aspects of subcontracting.
Ability to analyze costs, schedules, and performance data to support decision-making.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as ERP systems, procurement platforms, and MS Office applications.
