Sr. Lead Engineering Manager Structures

As a Senior Lead Engineering Manager specializing in Structures, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: Conceptualizing and carrying out detailed designs for Balanced Cantilever Bridges. Creating conceptual and detailed designs for concrete and composite Bridges. Implementing structural modeling and design for various superstructures such as PSC Box girders and segmental construction. Conducting design and analysis of Well & Pile foundations, particularly for river bridges and challenging geotechnical conditions. Compiling detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications. Collaborating with project teams, consultants, and clients. Providing mentorship to junior engineers and overseeing design review processes. To qualify for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. A minimum of 15-20+ years of experience in bridge design, with practical exposure to Indian codes (IRC, IS) and familiarity with international codes (AASHTO, Eurocode) being advantageous. Proficiency in design and analysis software such as MIDAS, STAAD Pro, and Sofistik. Additionally, the following skills would be considered beneficial for this position: Prior experience in designing elevated segmental superstructures, steel structures, and foundation design. Knowledge of Railway loading and Highway loading. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
