Hiring: Manager/Sr. Manager - Payroll, Compliance & Audit

Location:

Requirements:

MBA (HR) / MHRM / CA Inter
10-18 years of relevant experience
Expertise in large-scale payroll management
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and audits
Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM Payroll
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Pharma/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
