Description
Roles and Responsibilities Manage finance and accounting operations, including accounts finalization, balance sheet finalization, and financial statement preparation. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including local, state, and federal laws. Coordinate and complete annual audits, providing all necessary documentation and support. Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, guidelines, and new SOPs whenever required. Provide financial analysis and insight to senior management for strategic decision-making. Supervise and manage accounting staff, ensuring development and adherence to best practices. Consistently analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports accurately and timely; communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitoring progress and changes; and keeping senior leadership abreast of the financial status. Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing them to actual results to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate. Oversee financial audits, including internal audits, internal financial controls, and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile 12-15 years of experience in finance & accounts with a strong background in CA (CA preferred). Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions, budgets, and forecasts. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
