Job Description

Branch Sales Manager Responsibilities : - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets. - Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. - Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Monitor and analyze branch sales performance, preparing reports and providing insights to senior management. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve escalated issues. - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations at the branch level. - Manage the branch's budget, including controlling expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
