3.BUILDING AND MAINTAINING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS / SUPPLIERS
4.CONTROLLING THE PROCUREMENT BUDGET AND PROMOTING A CULTURE OF LONG - TERM SAVING ON PROCUREMENT COSTS
5.INVENTAORY REDUCTION
6.TO ENSURE RIGHT QUALITY/PRICE/TIMELY DELIVRY
7. SUPPLIER EVALUATION( VISITING SUPPLIERS PLANTS)
8.ATTENDING TRADE SHOWS & MEETINGS
9.DAILY TEAM MEETING
