As a Manager in the Steel/Iron Ore/Coal/Scrap & Recycle industry at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the Price Reporting Agency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing transparent and accurate commodity pricing, managing daily operations to deliver quality market insights, upholding compliance standards, conducting research on global steel dynamics, and building strong partnerships within the industry. Your leadership will inspire and mentor a team of Research Executives to deliver trusted market intelligence that empowers stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Inspire and mentor a team of Research Executives, fostering growth, operational excellence, and alignment with global benchmarks. - Oversee transparent and accurate commodity pricing for metals and scrap, ensuring international standards. - Manage high-intensity daily operations, delivering quality market insights on time. - Uphold IOSCO principles through transparent pricing processes and team training to ensure client trust. - Conduct research and publish reports on global steel dynamics, procurement strategies, and supply chain trends. - Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships to enhance market intelligence. - Serve as a thought leader by contributing insights at key industry events. **Qualifications & Skills:** - High academic achiever with a B.E/B.Tech and MBA from a reputed institute. - 5 to 8 years of experience in the metals & scraps industry with exposure to domestic and global markets. - Experience in price negotiations for metals & scraps related commodities and handling medium to large-sized teams. - Well-networked within the industry and strong networking skills to enhance Data Partner base. - Technically savvy with a good understanding of emerging technologies. - Flexibility for domestic and overseas travel as per business requirements. - Experience in supply chain management, procurement activities, and market activities on metals & scraps commodities. - Willingness to relocate to BigMint office at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
