We are looking for an SEM Sr Associate with a solid background in paid search advertising to contribute to the development, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns on platforms like Google and Bing. This position will be under the supervision of the SEM Manager. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation, implementation, and supervision of paid search campaigns on various platforms to align with marketing objectives. You will conduct keyword research, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with different marketing teams, suggest and conduct A/B testing, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance campaign performance. Furthermore, you will support the SEM Manager with various tasks and projects as required. To qualify for this role, you should have at least one year of practical experience in paid search advertising, be proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms, possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Preferred qualifications include Google Ads certification, experience in B2B search campaigns, familiarity with SEO and digital marketing channels, as well as experience with tools like Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, and Demandbase. It is essential to be familiar with web analytics tools.
